Brownie/Girl Scout Art Badge Studio Outing

Bring your troop to the art studio for a hands-on creative outing designed to support earning the Girl Scout Art Badge. During this guided workshop, scouts will create their own original work of art while learning key art concepts in a fun, age-appropriate way.
Scouts will explore the elements of art—line, shape, color, texture, and space—and learn how artists use composition to arrange these elements to make artwork interesting and expressive. Through discussion, examples, and guided practice, participants will experiment with materials and techniques as they bring their ideas to life.
Each scout will leave with a finished artwork, new art vocabulary, and a deeper understanding of how artists plan and create. This experience encourages creativity, confidence, and self-expression while meeting the goals of the Art Badge in a supportive studio environment.
All materials provided. Workshops can be tailored for Daisies, Brownies, or Junior troops.
